Wash your hands with warm water and dry properly.

Activate hand-warmer by pressing the metal plate and warm hand for 5 minutes.

Put the cups in the holder.

Take the lids off the cups. Place the scoop in the brown cup.

Wipe your finger clean with the alcohol wipe.

Put the hand upside down on the table and prick on the outside of the finger.

Hold the purple cappilair upside down against the drop of blood.

Fill the purple cappilair till the white stop-mark.

Determine on requestform which cup is needed. Fill it to the correct filling quantity.

Put purple cappilair in cup with white cap and empty with finger on air-hole on top.

Remove scoop, rotate the caps on the cups and tilt the cups 8 times.

Place the brown cup in centrifuge opposite a dummy cup. Set the centrifuge to 5 min.

When necessary, stick a plaster on the finger.

Control whether the plasma is on top of the gel.

Stick the right barcodes on the cups.

Put the cups in the blister.

Ensure the forms are filled in correctly.

Put the blister in the seal-bag. Put the sealed bag and the forms inside the blue enveloppe.

Post your enveloppe in the mailbox (in NL) before 17:00. No stamp is needed. When temperatures are below 0 or above 25 degrees Celsius, we advise to bring the enveloppe to a post-office instead of in the mailbox.
