Wash hands with warm water and dry well.

Warm one hand on a cup filled with a hot liquid.

Unscrew the green cap from the cup and place the cup on the table.

Place the orange capillary in the carton holder.

Choose between the middle and the ring finger

Clean chosen finger with alcohol wipe.

Turn tip of the pricker and put your hand upside down on the table. Prick on the outside of the fingertip.

Hold the blood drop against the tip of the orange capillary so that the blood is sucked in.

Fill orange capillary until white stop mark. Remove capillary from carton holder.

Without touching the orange part, push the tip of the capillary 1 cm through the brown inner cap of the tube.

Spray blood into cup by closing the air hole on top of orange capillary with finger and pressing the pestle.

Carefully pull the capillary back and screw the green cap firmly onto the cup.

If necessary, put a band-aid on the finger.

Attach the barcode on the cup.

Put the cup in the blister. Put the blister in the plastic bag.

Fill in the request form and add a barcode sticker.

Put the plastic bag and the request form in the mailing envelope.

Mail the envelope. No stamp needed. If the outside temperature is below 0 degree Celsius or above 25 degree Celsius, preferably deposit the envelope at a post office instead of the mailbox.
